NC2 Bottle

Apples sourced from local orchards called Trees of Antiquity.  These orchards are owned by a gentleman named Neil Collins, and he happenned tro have met the owner of Bristols Cider who is too named, Neil Collins. Thus the NC2 (NC "squared") was born. A collaboration of grower and cider maker Heirloom apples from a wide array of orchards beautifully blended to be just the right amount of bittersweet flavors, tannin and acidity.
